Course Access Duration:
All courses provided by Kingston Open College come with a standard access duration of 1 year from the date of purchase. During this period, learners will have full access to the course materials and resources through the Learning Management System (LMS). After the initial 1-year access period, the learner's access to the course will be automatically revoked from the LMS. If a learner wishes to continue accessing the course after the expiration date, they have the option to extend the access by paying an extension fee.
Extension and Conditions
- Extension Fee: To extend the access beyond the initial 1-year period, learners must pay a designated extension fee determined by Kingston Open College.
- Course Delivery Status: If the course is still actively delivered by Kingston Open College at the time of the extension request, learners may extend their access by paying the extension fee.
- No Extension for Discontinued Courses: In the event that the delivery of a specific course is discontinued by Kingston Open College, no extension will be available, and access will cease upon the expiration of the initial 1-year period.
Learners are encouraged to check the course status and access duration before making any purchase. Kingston Open College reserves the right to modify the extension fee and availability policy. The terms and conditions stated herein apply to all aspects of course access and extension.After the initial 1-year access period, the learner's access to the course will be automatically revoked from the LMS. We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and it’s linking policy at any time. Removal of links from our website

Return Policy
Under this agreement, you have 14 calendar days from the date the purchasing contract is signed to cancel your purchase of the Course. This is known as the "Cancellation Period."
You expressly desire that we begin distributing course materials to you if you redeem your voucher during the Termination Period, and you acknowledge that you relinquish your right to cancel the Course purchase and demand a refund.
If you would like to cancel your course order, please contact us.
If you cancel your course purchase within 14 calendar days of the day we agree that you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you for all purchases made as part of your purchase.
When a refund won’t be eligible for you?
Refunds aren't allowed after purchase has been confirmed and the product has been delivered to the student's dashboard or downloaded. Refunds are also not available if additional gifts are shipped to the learner. Learners’ statutory rights will not be altered.
Payment in full and cleared money is required before additional gifts are shipped to the learner and any departure from this condition will be subject to the requirements set out by Kingston Open College.
